What stays on your device

• Your video, its audio, the captions you make and the exported file. They are processed inside your browser and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
• Your settings and the list of models you downloaded, saved in this browser's own storage. Clearing site data removes them.

What leaves your device

• Model downloads. The first time you generate captions, the speech model is downloaded from Hugging Face (and part of the engine runtime may come from a public CDN). Those servers can see that your browser asked for the files, like any website you visit. They do not see your video.
• Hosting. The site is served by our host, which keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page).

What we do not do

• No accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies in this beta.
• We do not collect your video, audio or caption text.

If we add error reports or usage counts later, this page will say exactly what is sent, and captions and video will never be part of it.
